A completed enrollment application with a $25.00 application fee and all required documentation (checklist included in packet) is submitted to the Admissions Advisor. Documents can be submitted to the LMA office, mailed, faxed to (616) 285-1935, or e-mailed to email@example.com.
For families seeking financial assistance, please complete the attached financial aid application. Application deadline for classes beginning in September is May 1. Applications received after this date will be considered for the “Late Award” process as funds permit. Final deadline for the “Late Award” process is July 15.
